Monthly Support & Hosting Plans
Support Access & Response Times For all support related matters, please contact our dedicated team at [email protected]. Our staff aim to provide an initial reply to all enquiries within 2 hours during normal working hours. Please note that requests are reviewed and actioned on a case-by-case basis depending on the level of urgency and the nature of the task.
Website Hosting & Backups Lashmire LTD provides website hosting services as part of our monthly plans. While we utilise high-quality server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, the hosting is provided subject to the limitations set out in our Service Levels (Section 4). While Lashmire LTD performs regular backups for maintenance purposes, the Client is responsible for maintaining their own independent backups of all website content and data. Lashmire LTD is not liable for any loss of data.
Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their monthly support and hosting plan by providing 14 days’ written notice via email to [email protected]. Fees for the notice period remain payable in full, and no pro-rata refunds will be provided for partial months.
Scope of Coverage Our monthly plans are designed to maintain the health and currency of your hosted website. Included services are:
Minor Content Changes: Small text updates, image swaps, or basic layout adjustments to existing pages.
Bug Fixes: Resolution of technical errors or glitches, provided they are not the result of human interaction, client error, or unauthorized third-party interference.
Maintenance: Regular updates for plugins and themes to ensure security and performance.
Security: SSL certificate support and monitoring.
Exclusions (Available for Extra Charge) Support plans do not include the following services, which are quoted separately:
Domain and DNS Support: Management, renewal, or troubleshooting of domain names and DNS records.
Email Support: Technical support for email hosting, configuration, or inbox issues.
New Features: Addition of new functionality, complex integrations, or new page designs.
Marketing & SEO: Search engine optimisation, pay-per-click management, or general digital marketing.
Design Services: Branding, graphic design, or major UI/UX overhauls.
Fair Use Policy To ensure high-quality support for all our clients, we operate a Fair Use Policy.
Support plans are intended for reasonable, occasional maintenance.
If a Client’s support requests exceed a reasonable volume within a single month, we will notify the Client.
Continued excessive use may result in additional hourly charges or a requirement to move to a higher-tier support plan. We reserve the right to prioritize or defer non-critical requests if the fair use threshold is exceeded.
Service Levels & Uptime (SLA)
While we strive for maximum availability, Lashmire LTD does not guarantee 100% uptime for hosted websites or digital services.

Obligations: We process personal data only on your documented instructions and implement technical measures to ensure security.
Assistance: We will assist you, insofar as is possible, in responding to data subject requests and GDPR compliance.
Sub-processors: You grant us general authorisation to engage sub-processors (such as hosting providers) who adhere to similar data protection standards.
